IT WAS HARD FOR ME TOO

I participated in masterminds and intimate mentorships for both my business and health, yet I still found it challenging to implement a realistic plan that would help me feel my best physically, connect deeply in my marriage, and confidently show up in all areas simultaneously. I gained a wealth of information and deep wisdom from those I mentored with. However, I lacked integration with someone who truly understood what I was experiencing, especially when my body was in distress. For many years, I longed for someone to guide me with simple and practical steps that I could apply in my real life.

That’s when it finally dawned on me that the only way to lead myself was through my own feminine wisdom. Without self-trust, I was out of integrity in my marriage, parenting, and business. I finally understood the importance of embodying my inner goddess for the impact. Although I always knew it, I never truly embraced the ownership of my own poer. I would connect with the divine Feminine only to prioritize the needs of someone in my family or business over my own. I began to feel more confident about the woman I was becoming, only to feel like a prisoner in my own body because my health challenges were worsening, including the turmoil in my mind. I though, “There has to be a better way.” I was caught on the insanity roller coaster for years.

I would start each new day determined to conquer the world, continuing to believe in miracles.

However, I often found myself doubting. I never made promises because I couldn’t trust my body to keep them, and this carried over into my relationships and business commitments.

I made decisions that sabotaged my health, preventing me from feeling good enough to effectively engage in business and have energy left for my family at the end of the day. I felt held back.

I always justified being in environments that triggered my body and mind into too much pain to do the things that matterd most to me. Until I realized, noting and no one knows what os best for me like my own FEMININE WISDOM.

I made courageous decision after courageous decision to choose myself first. Allowing myself to be misunderstood while knowingly I was becoming the women that I needed while impacting the entirety of my personal and professional life.
